STATIONARY CRUSHING PLANTS

Our stationary crushing plants are designed for many years of use in one
single, fixed location. Throughput capacities are more than 10 000 mtph
(11 000 stph). It is usable for processing coal, overburden, and harder
materials such as copper ore and iron ore.

SEMI-MOBILE CRUSHING PLANTS

The Sandvik engineered semi-mobile crushing station offers flexibility for
larger scale mining operations, minimizing truck haulage. The movable
modules enable the primary plant to follow the development of the mine
face, and change locations within the mine or pit. Throughput capacity can
be more than 10 000 mtph (11 000 stph) with a maximum feed size up to
2000 mm (60 in).

FULLY-MOBILE CRUSHING PLANTS

Sandvik’s fully-mobile crushing plant has a unique and compact design.
It plays an essential part within IPCC (in-pit crushing and conveying)
processing coal, overburden, oil sands and any harder materials. Through-
put capacity can be from 2000 to more than 10 000 mtph (2200 to 11 000
stph).
