Shalini P,

With reference to your application for the post of Senior Executive -coding and the subsequent
interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the post of
Senior Executive -coding subject to a successful reference check and background verification.

1. You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of joining. Confirmation
and permanent placement with the Company is contingent upon your successful completion
of this Probationary Period and shall be deemed to be confirmed only on a written
intimation from the Company. The Company at its sole discretion may extend the
probationary period based on your performance for a further period of six months or such
lesser period as the Company may deem fit at its discretion. Please note that the stipulations
herein are without prejudice to (i) theright of the Company to terminate your probation
including extension thereon if any, at any point of time by giving 30 days notice or pay in lieu
thereof or (ii) in deserving cases reduce or waive the probation period, at the discretion and
sole judgement of the Company. You will be entitled to terminate your employment during
the probation period by giving 30 days’ notice.
2. Upon accepting this offer of employment on probation, you hereby irrevocably
authorize the Company to conduct Reference Check & Background verification.
3. (a) Your Total Compensation during your probationary period as well as confirmed
employment, if any, will be CTC Rs. 3,51,732/-(annual CTC amount).
(b) In addition to the above you may be eligible for other statutory benefits as may be
applicable to personnel placed in your band/level, as per rules and regulations of the
company in force from time to time.
(c) Your probation as well as confirmed employment, if any, shall be governed byother
applicable terms and conditions of the Company as would be contained in your
Employment Agreement which would be issued to at the time of joining, youwill also be
bound by the policies and rules applicable to all the employees in the Company.
4. Notwithstanding the above and notwithstanding your acceptance of this offer letter, please
note that your appointment shall be subject to (a) satisfactory report having been received by
the Company in respect of reference check and background verification, from an
independent agency appointed by the Company and (b) your providing all the joining
documents, in original, on the date of your joining as prescribed in #8 of this letter, prior to
issuance of the Employment Agreement. The Company also reserves the right to seek the
following information/documentation from you at any point of time prior to your date of
joining:

(a) Background checks (such as checking all facts submitted to Company in your
curriculum vitae, application or otherwise);
(b) Reference checks; and
(c) Credit checks (including requiring you to produce and/or enable Company to procure
your credit report from relevant authorized credit bureaus or organizations).
You also agree to allow the Company to procure credit report from relevant authorized credit
bureaus and organizations. A refusal to be subjected to the aboveshall be deemed as non-
acceptance of this offer and all conditions notified here becomes null and void. If you
disagree to be subjected to the following at any point of time after your date of joining or if
the results of any of the Checks are in conflict with information submitted or disclosed to
Company or reveal information or conduct that are considered by us to be detrimental to the
interests, business, image or reputation of Company, we may immediately withdraw this
offer or terminate your engagement without notice or payment in lieu thereof.
5. On execution of the Employment Agreement, you also agree to be subject to Medical
examination(s), drug testing, biometrics and fingerprinting, as determinedto be applicable
or relevant by Company from time to time.
6. Besides, this offer letter shall be valid for 7 days only and in absence of any
response from your end reaching the Company by that date, it shall stand
automatically cancelled.
7. By signing this offer you confirm that you authorize Company to collect, store, process and
transfer (either itself or through affiliates or third parties) your personaldata and your
sensitive personal data for the purpose of ensuring compliance with our company’s
engagement standards and for any other purposes considered appropriate or necessary by
Company. By signing this offer you also consent to our transferring your personal data and
sensitive personal data to any other entity within our group as well as to third parties for the
above-mentioned purposes. All data shall be processed and transferred in accordance with
Company data protection / privacy policy as may be amended from time to time.
8. Kindly bring the following testimonials on the first day of reporting to work.
Originals are requested for validation purposes only.
(a) 4 passport size Photographs with White Background;
(b) Educational certificates in Original and Photocopy of Certificates;
(c) Relieving Letter/Service Certificate in Original and Photocopy;
(d) Last Drawn Pay Slip;
(e) Passport and PAN card in Original and Photocopy; and
(f) Tax declaration Details and Form 16 is any in Photocopy
(g) Any other document as applicable
(h) Self-Police Verification.
9. During your employment with us, you may have access to trade secrets and confidential
business information belonging to Company. By accepting this offer, you acknowledge that
you must keep all of this information strictly confidential, andrefrain from using it for your
own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the Company. In addition, you agree
that, upon conclusion of your engagement, you will immediately return to Company all of its
property, equipment, and documents, including electronically stored information.

10. By accepting this offer, you will observe all policies and practices, including our policies
prohibiting discrimination and harassment. This letter sets forth the complete offer we
are extending to you and supersedes and replaces any prior inconsistent statements or
discussions. It may be changed only by a subsequent written agreement.
11. If the above conditional offer is acceptable by you, you are requested to confirm thesame by
email / courier by attaching / enclosing a duly signed copy of this Letter ofOffer and
indicating your probable date of joining, so as to enable us to proceed further in this regard.
12. All matters are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Chennai only.

Please revert in case of any clarification and electronically accept the terms
and conditions of employment.
