Add the heading “Definition of Key Terms” as Heading 2 under 1.2, and define the following terms: Computer hardware Computer software Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Internet Add the headings “Computer Hardware” and “Computer Software” as Heading 2 under 1.3 and 1.4, respectively. Discuss each heading as outlined above. SECTION 2: TABLE OF CONTENTS (10 MARKS) Insert a Table of Contents in the document created in Section 1. Save your document as “Digital Literacy Notes”. SECTION 3: MAIL MERGE (20 MARKS) Create a letter of thanksgiving for the successful graduation ceremony you hosted, to be used for a mail merge letter. Type the following text in the document: Dear [First Name] [Last Name], Thank you for your continued support. We are excited to share the latest updates with you. Connect the document to an existing Excel file containing a list of names and addresses with columns labeled First Name, Last Name, and Address. Insert merge fields for First Name, Last Name, and Address in the appropriate locations. Finish and merge the document to preview the results, then save the merged document as “Thanksgiving.docx”.
