    SUBJECT: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: MAIDUGURI AND ENVIRONS EMERGENCY POWER STABILIZATION AND
    IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (MEPP) 50MW – OWNERS ENGINEERS (OE)

    We the undersigned as bidder hereby proposes and agrees that the bidder has the ability to do all the work and furnish all
    supervision, labour, tools, equipment, materials and whatever else is necessary to perform the work scope as described in
    the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including without limitation the commercial terms and conditions.
    Having carefully examined all the RFP technical documents along with the commercial terms and conditions, we the
    undersigned hereby submit the enclosed technical bid which includes all information as required in the instructions to
    bidders and the requirements.
    We have examined the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and we offer to perform the required project in conformity
    therewith. Furthermore, we have provided a corresponding commercial offer to execute the project by completing the
    pricing schedules contained in the commercial form of bid.
    1. We agree to keep this bid valid .270 days..., and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time prior
    to the expiry of that date.

    2. If this bid is accepted within the period stated in clause 1 above, we agree to enter into a formal agreement within a
    period of -270 days--- days to execute the project in accordance with the provisions and conditions of the bid documents
    and we undertake to commence the project on the commencement date stated in the contract agreement.

    3. We have studied the RFP documents carefully and we have obtained all information required to enable us to submit our
    bid and we have satisfied ourselves as to the correctness and sufficiency of our bid. We understand that no claims
    whatsoever will be entertained arising out of our failure to study the RFP documents or failure to appreciate the scope of
    the project.

    4. We confirm that this technical bid does not contain any commercial prices proposed for the study.

    5. We understand that COMPANY is not bound to accept the lowest or any commercial bid it may receive, and the
    submission of a technical and /or commercial bid does not involve COMPANY in any liability for any cost incurred by us in
    preparing such bid(s). We further understand that COMPANY’s bid evaluations will be a two-phase process, firstly on the
    basis of technical merit and secondly financial ranking. We fully understand COMPANY’s intention that technical proposals
