engagement, technological advancements, and the specific goals of ZPPSU SBA, this background sets the
stage for a comprehensive exploration of the website’s role in enhancing the post-graduation experience for
alumni and contributing to the ongoing success of the institution.
2
1.5 Non- Functional Requirements
Resource Usage monitor and plan for the optimal utilization of server resources such as CPU,
memory, and storage.
Regular Backups implement regular backup procedures to prevent data loss. Disaster Recovery Plan
have a documented plan for recovering the system in the event of a disaster.
Scalability the system should be scalable to accommodate an increasing number of users and data
over time.
Availability the website should be available 24/7 with minimal downtime for maintenance.
Fault Tolerance the system should continue to operate properly in the event of a hardware or software
failure.
Data Integrity ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored on the website.
3
1.7 System Constraints
The website should provide up-to-date information about the school, including news, events, and
alumni achievements. This means that the website should have a dedicated section for news and events, and
it should be updated regularly with fresh content. Additionally, the website should have a way for alumni to
submit news and event announcements.
The website should provide opportunities for alumni to connect with each other, such as through an
online directory or social media groups. This means that the website should have an online directory that
allows alumni to search for other alumni by name, graduation year, or other criteria. Additionally, the website
should link to the school's social media pages and encourage alumni to join online groups.
The website should provide resources for alumni, such as career services, financial aid, and
continuing education opportunities. This means that the website should have a dedicated section for alumni
resources, and it should link to the school's career services office, financial aid office, and continuing
education program. Additionally, the website should provide information on other alumni benefits, such as
discounts on insurance or travel.
The website should be respectful of the school's brand and image. This means that the website should
use the school's approved logos and colors, and it should maintain a consistent tone and style throughout.
Additionally, the website should avoid using language or images that are offensive or disrespectful to the

Organization and planning it is to have strong organizational skills to keep track of the alumni
information, events, and communications.
Attention to Detail alumni data management requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate
record-keeping. Double-checking information, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date
records this is important to have a success system.
Adaptability and Flexibility the systems often require flexibility to handle changing needs and
priorities.
Collaboration and Teamwork collaborating with colleagues is essential to ensure the smooth
functioning of the system. Being a team player, open to sharing ideas, and working collaboratively
can enhance the overall effectiveness of the system.
Continuous Improvement adopting a mindset of continuous improvement is important, seeking

Chapter III
System Methodology
This chapter discusses the methodology in the development of a website for the Zppsu (SBA) alumni
website This includes a detailed discussion of the research method chosen. Also, discuss the detailed process
of developing the methodology of this study. The developer will be utilizing the work plan, analysis
strategies, and requirement documents. In website development, we will use the System Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) method for the development of the system. We will be going to use the Waterfall Model to
explain the feasible website development project for Zppsu (SBA) alumni website

3.1 Requirements
A lot of information about SBA Alumni on our proposed website. This includes the details of their
SBA Alumni, details about their department, service, and transactions. The developing team meets several
times virtually to collaborate and exchange ideas on how will develop the proposed website. In this section,
10
the developer provided details about the requirements of the website, as well as any security issues
surrounding
access to that website. The team undergo further research and gather information to develop a website that is
effective for SBA Alumni as well as visited a lot of websites to gather some ideas on creating the design that
is conceptual for the proposed system. We Spend time and talked about the said project and give suggestions
on how to make the proposed system. Gathered information and ideas to develop the whole project.
3.2 Design
In this phase, all information and requirements that we obtained were examined and converted into
design and representation. All design involves workflow for the proposed system, after all the needed
information was gathered, our team used a pleasant design and give details of our scope. The perspective
view of our website is shown below

3.4 Test
After the previous phase, the testing phase happens. The testing will happen in our company in which
the testing team will be going to examine the proposed website. They will be checking the website and
documentation to determine how far the needs or requirements are met, to find defects, to measure quality
and risk, to establish confidence, and to prevent defects. By ensuring that the system running smoothly and
fix possible issues that will found during testing time of the system.

site can access 3 units of admin. The developing team decided to deploy the website in SBA Alumni after the
training session.
3.6 Maintenance
During the maintenance phase, our team ensures that the application is running smoothly on the
servers without any downtime. Issues that are reported after going live are fixed by the team and tested by the
testing team. There are some issues that come up in the client environment. To fix those issues, patches are
released. Also, to enhance the product some better versions are released. Maintenance is done to deliver these
changes in the customer environment. The maintenance team will be performing the maintenance every
month to ensure that the system is functioning effectively as well as, improve on developing the latest
version.

4.1 Testing
In the case for the SBA Alumni website covers functionality, usability, compatibility, performance, and
security. Functionality testing ensures all features work as intended, while usability testing focuses on user-
friendliness. Compatibility testing ensures the site works across devices and browsers, and performance
testing assesses speed and stability. Security testing safeguards alumni data from vulnerabilities. By
addressing these areas, the website ensures a seamless and secure experience for users, fostering engagement
within the alumni community.
37
4.4 Test Document
The researcher employed a series of questionnaires to gather information from the intended
respondents. These questionnaires were distributed to members of the SBA alumni community for post-study
usability testing of the SBA Alumni website. The objective was to collect and assess recommendations and
suggestions from users to ensure the website meets their needs. This document likely contains inquiries and
information pertinent to the SBA Alumni website, such as alumni engagement activities, event registrations,
and directory access policies.

To maximize the benefits of the new information management system, several recommendations are
made Deploy the system in phases to manage risks and allow for iterative improvements, starting with
critical modules such as create event and user management before rolling out CRM,document management,
and analytics modules. Conduct comprehensive training programs for all users to excuse proficiency. And
provide regular refreshing courses to keep staff undated with system upgrades. Establish a food back loop
with system users to identify areas for improvement, and regularly update the system based on user feedback
und technological advancements. Implement street. Data security protocols, including regular security audits,
to safeguard against data breaches and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Aware the system is
compatible with third-party services such as credit Hurrians and payment pate ways to creance functionality
and user experience. Develop robots customer support charmless to assist users in navigating the system. And
resolving any issues promptly, including a dedicated helpdesk, or line support resources, and interactive
tutorials
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the system's performance and its impact on business
operations, regularly reviewing these metrics to course the system meets its intended goals. Design the
system with scalability in mind, ensuring it can bundle increased loud and new features us the business grows
47
By following these recontinuations., SBA Alumni can ensure a successful implementation and long term
