Lifting Plan - Low Risk
Applicability: To be used for all lifts less than 10 ton (1 ton = 1000 Kg). Complete a new lift plan each time a lift is set-up. Exceptions are a lift that is
being done utilizing an existing plan with the same persons signing on an original plan for a repetitive lift with the same set up, weight of material to
be lifted and position of lifting equipment.
