PROBLEM ISSUES FOUND OUT

1. Limited Storage Capacity: Jollibebs Kitchenette lacks sufficient

space to store perishable ingredients, leading to potential spoilage and
waste, especially during peak seasons. This puts them at a disadvantage
compared to larger competitors who may have better storage facilities,
potentially impacting their ability to offer fresh, consistent quality food.

2. Lack of Standardized Procedures: The kitchen lacks consistent

procedures for food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning,
resulting in variations in food quality and potential hygiene concerns. This
can lead to customer dissatisfaction and difficulty in maintaining a
consistent brand image, placing them at a disadvantage against
competitors with stronger quality control measures.

3. Inadequate Training: Staff at Jollibebs Kitchenette lack

comprehensive training in food safety, hygiene, and best practices,
impacting food quality and potentially leading to customer complaints.
This can lead to a decline in customer satisfaction and a negative
reputation compared to competitors with better-trained staff.

4. Limited Supplier Network: Jollibebs Kitchenette relies on a small

network of local farmers, limiting their access to diverse ingredients and
potentially impacting supply consistency. This can hinder their ability to
offer a varied menu and potentially lead to price fluctuations compared to
competitors with wider sourcing networks.
