affect our character. Our
bodies are built up from the
food we eat. There is
constant breaking down of
tissues of the body; every
organ involves waste and this
waste is repaired from our
food. Each organ of the body
requires its share of nutrition.

HEART – produces more or less 100,000 beats a day
BLOOD- circulates in our body about 17 miles a day
LUNGS – we breathe about 20,000 times a day
MUSCLE – moves 750 times a day
MOUTH – there are 4,000 words spoken a day
BRAIN – there are 14 billions of cells in our brain that are
constantly use everyday
In order to know what the best foods are, we must study
God’s original plan for man’s diet. He who created man
and understood his needs appointed Adam his foods.
Genesis 1:29; 3:18
1:29 – And God said, behold, I have given you every herb
bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and
every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed;
to you it shall be for meat.
