This button is used to reset the router.

• To restore the factory settings, hold down the


button for at least 5 seconds.

• To reset the router, hold down the button for


less than 5 seconds.

Resetting the router will interrupt services. Exercise


caution when deciding to press this button.

If needed, you can run the factory-configuration


prohibit command in the system view to disable the
function of restoring the factory settings by holding
down the RESET button. To enable this function again,
run the undo factory-configuration
prohibit command.
