    OUR EXPERIENCE

    Perfect Sense Energy have extensive


    experience in Solar Installation from feasibility
    studies right through to the management &
    supply of equipment, construction, connection
    to the grid and subsequent Operation and
    Maintenance (O&M) for Roof projects from 10
    kWp to 1 MW.
    OUR AGREEMENT
    Our O&M Agreement is essentially designed to
    protect your investment. Perfect Sense Energy
    monitor the system's performance, conduct a
    scheduled programme of site maintenance and
    provide the owner with a regular report of
    production and financial returns.
    THE SERVICES
    The O&M contract consists of both Scheduled and
    Unscheduled maintenance services with an appropriate
    incident call-out facility to maintain your PV Plant.

    All operation and maintenance tasks are performed by


    qualified personnel, for either HV or LV electrical work
    on live installations, specialised in the operation of solar
    grid-connected solar PV sites and applying all necessary
    safety measures in compliance with the current
    legislation.

    The testing, observations and reports produced will


    include (but are not limited to) the factors which affect
    both the performance and safety of Solar PV systems.
    DETAILED VISUAL INSPECTION
    Inspect the inverter to make sure it does not show signs of cracking or excessive wear.
    Inspect PV modules where visible
    Check modules for excessive soiling
    Inspect mounting system
    Inspect all system isolation points and look for signs of corrosion or damage.
    Perform a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the inverter. Look for signs
    of water, rodent, or dust intrusion into the inverter.
    Check the inverter for error messages
    Do a full test and inspection on the DC side of the system
    Carry out a system performance check
    Visual inspection of the panels
    Checks of the inverter, meter and other components
    Current and voltage check
    Document findings for all work performed.
    GENERAL SITE INSPECTION
    Check for vegetation growth or other new shade items
    Check for potential shading Issues
    Confirm proper system warning signs are in place
    Check for corrosion on the outside of enclosures and the
    mounting system where visible
    Check for cleanliness throughout the site - there should be no
    debris around the inverter vents
    Check for displaced wires and cabling
    REGULAR
    MONITORING
    Our monitoring platform allows Perfect Sense Energy
    to remotely analyse the performance of your PV
    system with information updated daily.

    The portal summarises the systems generation of


    energy and revenues (£) during the last period. In-
    depth analyses show the actual yield and the
    effective capacity utilisation of your photovoltaic
    power plant whatever the weather. EPM fitted at the
    time of PV install, gives precise and accurate
    Generation, Consumption & Energy Supply back to
    the Grid.
