GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

Minutes of meeting
Grievance redressal committee meeting was held on 22/11/2019 at 2:00pm. And
Initially the member secretary welcomed all members. afterwards meeting started by taking
the agenda for consideration item by item.

These Were meeting Agenda item.

1. To review the committee objectives


2. To discus about the Grievance Redressal Committee activity.
3. To discus action taken on grievance activity.
4. To discus about encouraging the students to express their grievances/problems freely
and frankly.

In this meeting like the agenda above, points are discussed and resolution of the
problems. They are as follows.

 All the students were informed about the presence and functioning of the
grievance Redressal Committee.
 Discussed about installation of complaints/ suggestion box and principal madam
has assured that the complaint/suggestions box will be installed in front of the
office soon.
 Discussed about encouraging the students express their grievance/problems
freely and frankly and resolution is the student representative said that students
could easily convey their problems to student representative because we are all
together and then student representative can present the problems to the
committee.
 Discussed about student hostel mess meal problems, the student representative
said that problem with the meal in his hostel mess. And as a resolution to this
problem, principal madam will appoint a hostel mess committee will pay close
attention to the students will have a daily menu plan diet plan. Saying so, the
principal madam assured the students.
