Dear crocheters!!!
Thank you for choosing my pattern!
This pattern contains detailed description of making the toy – «Bunny».
The toy has the wire skeleton inside but you can make the Bunny
without it.
The pattern is the author’s design. It is destined for private use only.
Resale, copying, translating into other languages, sharing in the Internet
without author’s permission are prohibited!
When publishing the finished toy, please tag me as the pattern designer
@elena_metlina_68 and hashtag #метлина_игрушки
The level of complexity is average. The pattern does not include the
crochet lessons, thus it is not suitable for beginners. I used the US
terminology in the pattern.
I hope that you will not have any difficulties while crocheting. I have tried
to describe all the steps of making the toy in details, and I think that you
will succeed! If you have any questions, don’t be shy to write to me, and I
will gladly help you.

@elena_metlina_68

Face making:
I used pink thread to mark the central line of the face in order to place
all the details symmetrically. Put the pins between the 90th and 91st
rounds with 10 stitches between them to mark the eyes position. The nose
must be strictly in the center between the 86th and 88th rounds – the yellow
pins in the photo. The red pins mark the half of the smile; its central point
is between the 81st and 82nd rounds. You can make it different from mine;
for example, it can be asymmetrical like in the drawing.

Prepare the eyes. I use button-eyes. Cut the circles of felt and apply
them to the back of the eyes so that the whites are seen around the side
like shown in the picture.

14
@elena_metlina_68

Sew the eyes in the marked points; pull the thread a bit sculpting the
eye-socket. I also make the mouth sculpting: insert the needle into the
central point of the smile, put out near the eye. Then insert the needle
into the head again 1 stitch aside; put out near the mouth central point.
Pull the thread and make a knot. Repeat for the second eye. Make the
eyelids with black thread and the eyebrows with brown thread.

Use light-brown yarn to make the nose and the line to the mouth.

15
@elena_metlina_68

Then make the smile and whiskers.

Pin the ears to the head. I placed them 2 rounds to the right and to
the left from the center. Sew the ears to the head.

16
@elena_metlina_68

You can paint some blushes with dry pastel.

Make the stitches between toes with brown thread.
