Roles and Responsibility
1. Client Onboarding & Engagement:

o Assist in onboarding new clients to the FundsAudit app by guiding them through
the registration and setup process.
o Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to address onboarding-
related issues and ensure a seamless experience.
2. Understanding Client Requirements:
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and pain points,
specifically in the context of their financial and auditing processes.
o Document and communicate these requirements clearly to internal teams to
facilitate smooth implementation.
3. Project Planning & Execution:
o Participate in planning and executing onboarding projects for clients from the
mechanical and civil sectors.
o Develop and track project timelines, ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed
within set deadlines.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing continuous
support during the onboarding phase.
o Gather feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in the onboarding
process and relay this information to the product team.

5. Process Improvement:
o Contribute to refining and optimizing the client onboarding process based on
project learnings and feedback from clients.
o Identify any roadblocks or inefficiencies in the onboarding process and propose
solutions for improvement.
6. Data Collection & Reporting:
o Collect relevant data during the onboarding phase to analyse client satisfaction
and operational efficiency.
o Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the project management team
and other stakeholders.
7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
o Coordinate with marketing, finance, and technical teams to ensure that all client-
specific requirements are addressed.
o Assist in conducting training sessions and presentations for clients, focusing on
app features and functionalities.
8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
o Perform market research and competitor analysis to understand the unique
needs of clients in the mechanical and civil industries.
o Utilize insights to tailor onboarding strategies that align with client expectations
and industry standards.
