LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

IDENTIFICATION of PARTIES: This agreement, is made between Barr Nathan Freeman,


(Attorney) and James Tucker (Client)

LEGAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: The Legal services to be provided by Attorney to


Client as follow:(Manufactturing system,Clayton,Sanford,Winton-Salem)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ATTORNEY AND CLIENT: Attorney will perform the legal service
called for the under this agreement, keep client informed of progress and
developments, and respond promtly to client's inquiries and communications client
will be trustful and coopetative with attorney reasonable informed of developments
and client's address, telephone number and whereabouts; and timely make any
payments required by this agreement

COMPENSATION: Client will pay Attorney for the legal service provided under this
agreement as follow:

-$31,700,00 total percentage which is 5% of the completed money to retrieved:

-$12,090,50 per hours for service rendered by associate of the Law Firm:

-$4,300,00 per full compete service rendered will be first deposit to carry out
necessary Firm and expense fees included for the Law Firm:

Attorney will be charged in for all activities undertakings in providing the legal
service to client under this agreement, including but not limited to the
following:Conferences, Court Sessions, and deposition preparation and
participations, correspondence and legal documentation review also preparation of
legal research,telephone and conversations. When two or more of Attorney's
personnel are engaged in working on the matter at the same time, such as in
conferences between them, the of each will be charged at his or her hourly rate.

PAYMENT:is expected for all services and expenses upon receipt of any
invoices,also will be noted in the next 3 0or 4 business working days, payment will
be due in same business working days, please ensure meet with the requirements.

If while honoring this agreement and it's in effect, Attorneys increase the hourly
rate being charged to Client("James Tucker") generally for Attorney's fees, that
increase maybe applied to fee incurred under this agreement, but only with respet
to service provided 30 days or more after written notice of the increased is mailed
to Client ('James Tucker"). If Client chooses not to consent to the increased
rates, Client ("James Tucker") may terminate agreement.

Attorney's service under this agreement by written noticed effeective when received
by Attorney, provided Client excutes and return a substitution-of-attorney form
immediately on it's receipt from Attorney is Client's attorney of record in any
proceeding.

Client acknowledges that Attorney has made no promises about the total amount of
attorney's fees to be incrred by Client under this agreement.

COSTS: Client will pay ("10%") in connection with Attorney's represention of Client
under this agreement.cost will be advance by Attorney and the billed to Client
unless the cost can be met out of Client deposits that are applicable toward cost.
Cost include, but are not-distance telephone charges,messenger
service,fees,;photographing's expenses,and process server fees.
DEPOSIT: Client will pay to Attorney an initial deposit of $4,300.00 to be receive
by Attorney before NOV 25th and to be applied against Attorney's fees and cost
incurred by Client ("James Tucker") Because if you must know all of the $4,300.00
deposit is refundable.if at the termination of service under this agreement, thr
total amount included by Client for Attorney's fees is not less than 10% amount of
the initial deposit, the difference will be refunded to Client.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: This agreement set forth the entire understanding of the
parties any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. This
agreement shall be constructed under the law of the United States Of America. If
any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid,illegal or unenforceable,the
maining portions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effort construed
so as ro best effectuate the original intent and purpose of this agreement.

EFFECTIVE DATE OF AGREEMENT: This agreement becomes effective as of the date it is


executed by the parties to do so.
