Multimedia is the use of a computer to present and combine text,

graphics, audio, and video with links and tools that let the user
navigate, interact, create, and communicate.
Multimedia content refers to the integration of multiple forms of
media to convey information or create an experience. This can
include text, audio, images, animations, video, and interactive
elements.

browser-based games.”
4. ONLINE TESTS- Online survey forms and tests that automatically
display the results when finished.
5. COURSEWARE- Online courses that simulate the classroom
online.

Elements of a CONCEPT PAPER

TITLE
A concise and descriptive title that captures the essence of the
project. It should be engaging and reflective of the project’s focus.

INTRODUCTION
This section sets the context, explaining why the project is
important and what gap it seeks to fill.

PURPOSE
refers to the reason for which something is done or created, or the
intention behind an action or project.

DESCRIPTION
Includes all the necessary information about the project

SUPPORT
Contains the budget needed for the project. Some concept do not
specify any amount requested from the sponsor.

CONTACT INFORMATION
Include information and how on how the group can be contacted.

Media refers to the technical means of communication that enable
encoding, transmission, and decoding of information for mass
dissemination.

The Role of ICT in the Recent History


Throughout recent history, the Philippines has been one of the few
nations that demonstrates unity for a call to action or social
change.

1. EDSA (PEOPLE POWER REVOLUTION) – the people power


revolution lasted from 1983-1986. The radio broadcast helped
change the course of history. Without it, Filipinos would not have
been move into action.

2. EDSA Dos- this also known as the 2001 EDSA REVOLUTION,


happened during January 17 – 21, 2001. Like the first people Power
Revolution, EDSA Dos would not have been success without the
text Brigades during calamities.

3. Million People March- This is a series of protest that mainly took


place in Luneta Park August 22-26, 2013. The promoters and
organizers on Million People March used facebook as their medium
of communication.

4. YOLANDA PEOPLE FINDER- During typhoon Yolanda, the People


Finder was a tool for people across the globe to track the situation
of their relatives. This proves to be successful and is now adapted
by more organizations to help people track their relatives.

A people finder is a tool or service used to locate individuals based


on various data points. These can include name, address, phone
number, or email. People finders aggregate information from public
records, social media, and other databases to help users find lost
contacts, conduct background checks, or reconnect with friends
and family.
