Client Profile:
Royal Enfield is an Indian motorcycle manufacturing company with factories
in Chennai, India. Originally a British motorcycle company, Royal Enfield and
indigenous Madras Motors, it is now a subsidiary of Eicher Motors Limited, an
Indian automaker.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Handling various types of tickets like Assistance, Corrective, Production Monitoring and Evolution.
 Tracking and updating the status of ticket through Ticketing tool Omega.
 Adhered to client SLA’s in resolution of the ticket.
 Provide KT to technical guys to understand business scenario easily for analysis of requirements.
 Working on CR’S for new custom requirements and follow up in close co-ordination with client and
prepare the functional specifications accordingly.
 Prepare Estimations & Test Scripts for CR’S and update test results in MQC Tool and get signed-off
from business.
 Responsible to interact with the technical team for custom developments.
 To provide functional specification and guidance to the technical team for additional requirements
raised by client, especially in the area of reports.

CLIENT DESCRIPTION:

APM Automotive Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the

manufacture and sale of automotive electrical components in Malaysia and
internationally. Its Suspension division offers products, such as leaf springs,
parabolic springs, coil springs, shock absorbers, gas springs, U-bolts, and metal
parts.
Roles and Responsibilities:

 Involved in Design of Blue Print Preparation .

 Preparing of MOM after every workshop for the customer followed with project plan & preparing of
functional specification activity, task list analysis & estimation.
 Involved in finding the Gaps and prepared functional specification for the same.
 Involved in the design of RICEF’s for the gaps.
 Set up the Organization Structure for MM Module –Customized Settings in MM Enterprise Structure-
Plants, Storage Locations and Purchase Organization.
