Real Estate Survey & Analysis Adventure
1. Team Formation:
▪ Form a team of 4-5 person.
▪ Choose one statistical method for your analysis:
• Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA)
• Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)
• Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA)
• Chi-Square Test
• T-Test
2. Design Your Survey:
▪ Pick a real estate topic your team finds intriguing! Examples: housing preferences, rental affordability, or property
investment trends.
▪ Create a 10-question survey
▪ Collect at least 30 responses from family, friends, or online.
3. Run Your Analysis:
▪ Use SPSS or Excel to key-in the data
▪ Start with some simple descriptive stats (e.g., averages, percentages) and then start analyzing the data with your chosen
method.
4. Prepare a Report:
▪ Your report must follow an infographic-style format.
▪ Use visuals, charts, and concise text to communicate your findings effectively.
