    Project: Review and optimize a residential landscaping company's QuickBooks Online setup for financial accuracy, efficiency, and service-
    specific reporting, followed by comprehensive budget development and reporting improvements.

    Scope: Four milestones with phased payments.

    Milestone 1: Chart of Accounts (CoA) Review & Historical Data Verification with Service Breakdown
    - Review updated CoA for structure and alignment with sound financial practices.
    - Identify/recommend improvements to ensure the CoA accurately reflects company's financial landscape, enabling service-specific
    breakdown of sales revenue within the P&L statement. Utilizing set Service Categories
    - Recommend renaming key accounts (assets, depreciation, amortization, loans, and debt) for integration within the new structure.
    - Analyze a sample of recategorized transactions (2014-2023) with a specific focus on 2023 to confirm accuracy within the new Chart of

    Deliverable: Report outlining Chart of Accounts review, improvement recommendations for service breakdown reporting, sales shown on
    P&L broken down by service category, and confirmation of accurate historical data review for 2023.

    Milestone 2: Reconciliation Review & Reporting Optimization


    - Review the client's reconciliation process for P&L statements and Balance Sheets (2014-2023) to ensure they reflect the categorized
    transactions within the new Chart of Accounts.
    - Collaborate with the client to identify areas for improvement in financial reporting based on their needs, with an emphasis on optimizing
    reports to display service-specific sales data.

    Deliverable: Sign-off on reconciled financials and recommendations for reporting optimization, including service breakdown.

    Milestone 3: Budget Planning & Development


    -Leverage the optimized Chart of Accounts to analyze past financial data (2021-2023) and understand the client's unique business structure,
    seasonal spending patterns, and service-specific revenue trends.
    -Develop a full draft budget framework within QuickBooks Online for the current fiscal year, considering historical data, category
    percentages, seasonal trends, and service-specific breakdowns.

    Deliverable: Initial budget framework outline and a full draft budget populated in excel and QuickBooks Online, reflecting service-specific
    revenue categories.

    Milestone 4: Budget Implementation & Quality Assurance


    - Finalize the comprehensive budget based on project feedback.
    - Budget to be set for YTD 2024
    - Conduct a quality assurance review of the entire project, focusing on the functionality and accuracy of the
    - QuickBooks Online setup, with a particular emphasis on service breakdown reporting.
    - Provide a walkthrough and video tutorials for the client on navigating and maintaining the new system, with an emphasis on key financial
    accounts, service breakdown reporting, and budget management.

    Data Details and Documents Required


    - Client agrees to provide Service Provider with the following data
    - QuickBooks Online accountant access: Login credentials via accountant access
    - Bank Statements of current and savings accounts, various credit cards in the name of the entity or which are being used for the entity’s
    business.
    - Loan statements if any.
    - A proposed estimate of equipment’s proposed to be purchased (if any) in the upcoming years for proper budget planning.
    - Client also agrees to provide access to any necessary systems, platforms, or facilities required for Service Provider to perform the services
    outlined in this Agreement. See less
