KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, Mr. _______son of _________. Presently
residing at _________________________________. (hereinafter called referred to as “EXECUTANT”
which terms include my legal heirs, executors administrators, assigns, survivors and successors in interest
do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint __________ son of _______ resident of ________________,
N.W.F.P Pakistan, hereinafter called the “Said attorney” and he will be fully authorized to the following
acts, deeds and things in my name and behalf in respect of my share of house bearing No ____,
Measuring ______, Total area ______________, situated at _____________________________.
WHEREAS, being the co-owner of the share of house, Executants is empowered and authorized to do all
acts and deeds things in respect of share of house, Now I am unable to personally appear and to complete
all legal affairs related to share of house and hence I do hereby authorize my said attorney to do the
following acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf under his own signatures: -
1. To manage, control, look-after and supervise my above mentioned share of house along with its
superstructures, standing thereon and to do all the correspondence, make all sorts of applications
and to appear before the Registrar Office Peshawar, Sub-Registrar Office Peshawar & all
concerned offices / authorities in connection with all the matters concerning the share of house.
2. To sell, retain, hire, lease, gift (hiba), convey, transfer to alienate in any manner whatsoever,
encumber, mortgage, redeem, exchange, release surrender, settle, adjust or otherwise, to get, NEC,
NDC, NOC from the concern departments, to execute / register the Rectification Deed, and
mutation, under his own signatures to dispose of share of house for such consideration and in such
manner as may be considered desirable, fit, proper, expedient, and / or apportioned by my share of
house, in his sole, absolute and unfettered discretion can collect / get the earnest money, as full
sale consideration of share of house and to issue receipt thereof. He is also authorized to
EXECUTE TAQSEEMNAMA, REGARDING, My share with any other people on his own
discretion.
3. To give on lease, execute lease agreement; receive rent or security from the tenant. Make
statement, oral or written, submit affidavit, make signature wherever necessary.

4. To sign execute / register any documents / deeds or papers, required to be signed or executed by
the Executants. Regarding my share in the residential and Commercial Properties.
5. To appear before the Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Cantt, Cantt Board Peshawar Registrar /
Sub-Registrar or Joint Registrar Peshawar , Excise and Taxation Office, and give statements in
connection with the sale of share of house and appear before the relevant of concerned authorities.
To deal all matters with the relevant authorities and all other concerned offices / departments.
6. To purchase the Stamp Paper, Court Fee or any other Judicial / Legal Papers that may be required
in the above connection.
7. To appear before all the Courts in Pakistan to perform any legal proceedings in connection with
the share of house.
8. To appear and act in all the Courts, Civil Revenue, Criminal, whether original or appellate, in the
Registration Offices, and / or in any other office of Government, of any notified area or any other
local authority.
9. To sign verify plaints, written statements, petitions, claims and objections memorandum or appeal
and petitions and applications of all kinds and to file them in any such Courts of Offices.
10. To appear before the revenue authorities and other Govt. departments, and get the name / names of
the transferee mutated in the land register or any other official record in respect of the above share
of house.
11. To appoint any advocate, pleader, Agent or other legal practitioner as he deems fit to perform all
or any of the acts conferred by this power of attorney.
12. To make proposal for investment, to obtain acceptance of proposal and receive amount in cheque
and also to deposit the amount in his Bank Account and utilize it.
13. To Submit application / applications in the Office of the MEO Peshawar OR any other
Government Department for conversion of share of house into regular lease as one unit or / sub
division of site and to get the lease deed / deeds executed and registered with MEO Peshawar and
Sub-registrar Peshawar.

14. To nominate any other party / parties for getting the lease deed / deeds executed and registered
directly and his / their name / names.
15. And generally to do all acts, deeds and things necessary for the purpose mentioned herein above
and to use all my others powers in the share of house under his own signatures or my behalf.
Which are mentioned OR not mentioned hereinabove & which may be needed at any latter stage.
16. I hereby undertake that all acts, deeds and things lawfully done or caused to be done by my said
attorney in my name and my behalf by virtue of the powers hereby given shall be deemed and
constructed to have been done or caused to be done by me personally, and if needed or required or
signatures on any documents I will extend my full Co-Operation in all matters.
