Program overview
At Ciena, we recognize the unique value and
needs of each of our partners. Through our
Services Accreditation (SA) Program, your
company can enhance its value with customers
and increase revenue opportunities by offering
accredited partner branded deployment and post-
sales support services for Ciena products.
Accreditation options
As a CPNe partner, you can become services accredited in the following roles:
DEPLOYMENT TRACKS
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Advanced Technical Support Services (ATSS) Provide your customers with your own Partner-led technical
support – 24x7x365 to resolve network technical issues.
Note: The Design Services deployment track is scheduled to be available by Q1/25. Design program requirements represented in this document may change.
