    - Client need to prepare their own Forklift to unloads the goods when reach at project site
    - Estimated Time Arrival 6 Weeks. Please take note, any delay in shipment from Oversea is beyond our control.
    We will try our best to meet the dateline. For the shipment status, our sales advisor will inform you from time to time.
    - For extended warranty need to pay additional price of RM1200

    Terms & Conditions


    Price Variation : We reserved the right to review our quotation in the event of any fluctuation in currency cost
    of material and any other contigency beyond our control. Price will be varied should there be
    any alteration.
    Validity : 2 weeks from this quotation.
    Submission Approval : Our price does not include any Professional Engineering endorsements on steel structural
    and our submission of approval from any government or relevant authorities.
    Terms of Payment : 50% Deposit upon confirmation.
    30% Product reach at Malaysia.
    20% Balance before delivery.
    Goods delivered shall remain supplier's property if the agreed price is not paid in full.
    Final Invoice will be based on final site measurement.
    NO RETENTION IS ACCEPTABLE.
