    RE: Permit to Conduct BSP District Camporee

    Sir,
    Greetings!

    I am writing on behalf of Sto- Domingo- San Ildefonso District BSP Council troop
    leaders and its dedicated young Scouts who are eager to participate in the
    upcoming District Boy Scout Camporee scheduled on November 10-12,
    2023 at Sto. Domingo Integrated School. We believe that this event will
    provide our Scouts with invaluable opportunities for personal growth, leadership
    development and building lasting friendships.

    As an active and committed leader of the Sto. Domingo- San Ildefonso Council, I
    have witnessed the positive impact that Scouting has on the lives of our youth.
    The District Boy Scout Camporee is a significant event that allows our Scouts to
    put their skills to the test, learn from experienced leaders, and bond with their
    fellow scouts. We believe that attending this camporee is essential to our Scouts
    overall Scouting experience.

    Hoping for your consideration of our request to be permitted to make this


    valuable experience possible for our Scouts. We assure you that the safety of our
    Scouts will be one of the things we will look after on those days mentioned.
    Parents’ consent will also be given prior to the said event.

    Thank you for your time and consideration of our request. We eagerly wait for
    your response and look forward to the opportunity for our Scouts to be part of
    the District Boy Scout Camporee.
