This document provides instructions for fitting hollow post Ecodek to a 6" x 2" softwood frame. It notes to use structural grade pressure treated timbers and good quality zinc plated coach bolts. For posts over 1.4m in length, insert a 2" scaffold pole down the center coming within 500mm of the top.

Special Notes: Use structural Grade (C16) pressure treated timbers Use good quality M10 or M12 zinc plated coach bolts If post over 1.4m in length, then use 2 scaffold pole down the centre of the post (pole must come to within 500mm of the top of the post).
