2
 DSE 7320 MKII are new control modules for single gen-set
applications.

 DSE 7320 MKII is an auto mains failure (AMF) control module (able
to monitor a mains).

 The module has been designed to start and stop diesel and gas
generating sets that include electronic and non-electronic engines.

 The module can be configured using the front panel buttons or by

using the PC software.

 DSE 7320 MKIIhas different communication capabilities.

5
 Viewing The Event Log :

 DSE 7320 module includes a comprehensive event log that

shows the last 250 shutdown alarm conditions and the date
and time that they occurred.

 The event log only includes shutdown and electrical trip alarms logged;
 The event log does not save warning alarms

10
Control Logic :
* DSE 7320 MKII control module has got 3 user defined control logic features.
It can be configured by selecting “User Defined Control” from external relay
output (3A @ 35V).

* For version 3.0 and higher (Upgrade version can be done in 7xxx modules).

 Warning Alarms :
 Warnings are non-critical alarm conditions and do not affect the
operation of the generator system, they serve to draw the operators
attention to an undesirable condition.

 Charge failure
 Battery under voltage
 Battery over voltage
 Fail to stop
 Auxiliary inputs
 Low fuel level
 Can ecu error
 Earth fault (DSE 7300 series v2.0.0 or above only)
 Negative phase sequence (DSE7000 series v2.0.0 or above only)
(out of balance current loading of the generator)

14
 Shutdown Alarms :
 Shutdowns are latching alarms and stop the Generator. Clear the alarm and
remove the fault then press Stop/Reset to reset the module.

 Fail to start
 Emergency stop
 Low oil pressure
 Phase rotation (DSE7000 series v2.0.0 or above only)
 Overspeed
 Underspeed
 Generator over frequency
 Generator under frequency
 Generator over voltage
 Generator under voltage
