BYRAM HEALTHCARE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (this "Agreement") dated on the 8th day of November,
2023

BETWEEN: Byram Healthcare


(The Employer)

- AND -

Peggy Rang of 356 N Quail Run Rd Payson AZ 85541

(The Employee)

BACKGROUND:

• The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee has the necessary qualifications, experience
and abilities to assist and benefit the Employer in its tasks.

• The Employer desires to employ the Employee and the Employee has agreed to accept and
enter such employment upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
in consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set
forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby
acknowledged, the parties to this Agreement agree as follows:

Commencement Date and Term

• The Employee will commence full-time employment with the Employer on the 8th day of
November, 2023 (the "Agreement Date").

Job Title and Description

• The job title of the Employee will be "Data Entry Operator” at Data Dimensions , and duties as
follows Preparing Balance Sheets (mini), Balancing Accounts, Recording invoices, Analyzing Sales
Record and inputting pay slips into the accounting database.
• The Employee agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
The Employee agrees to be subject act pursuant to the tasks, advice and direction of the
Employer.

• The Employee will perform any and all duties as requested by the Employer that are reasonable
and that can be customarily performed by the employer.

Employee Compensation

• Compensation paid to the Employee for the services rendered by the Employee as required by
this Agreement (the "Compensation") will include a wage at the rate of $30 per hour during
working hours and $20 per hour during training hours which can also be increase based on
performance. The compensation will also include a legal sign up bonus of $300.

• This Compensation will be payable once per week while this Agreement is in force.

• The Employee understands and agrees that any additional renumeration paid to the Employee
in the form of bonuses or other similar incentive renumeration will rest in the sole discretion of
the Employer and that the Employee will not earn or accrue any right to incentive renumeration
by reason of the Employee's employment.

Method of Receiving Payment of Workers

Employees Payment will be paid into employee bank account. The said bank account, will be the
account the employee added to the company payroll.

Place of Work

• The Employee's primary place of work will be from the employees preferred location.

Time of Work

• The Employee's work hours are determined by the employee prior to the agreement of having
flexible hours. The Employee will work full time.

Conflict of Interest

• During the term of the Employee's active employment with the Employer, the Employee will
abide by the instructions of the employer, and perform all data entry operator tax needed.

Contract Binding Authority

• This contract is binding between the Employer and the Employee

Termination of Employment

• Where there is just cause for termination, the Employer may terminate the Employee's
employment with notice, as permitted by law.
• The Employee and the Employer agree that reasonable and sufficient notice of termination of
employment by the Employer is the greater of two (2) weeks or any minimum notice required
by law.

• If the Employee wishes to terminate this employment with the Employer, the Employee will
provide the Employer with the greater of Two (2) weeks and the minimum required by law.

Governing Law

 This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state of
Arizona.

General Provisions

• No failure or delay by either party to this Agreement in exercising any power, right or privilege
provided in this Agreement will operate as a waiver, nor will any single or partial exercise of
such rights, powers or privileges preclude any further exercise of them or the exercise of any
other right, power or privilege provided in this Agreement.

• This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns, as the case may be, of the Employer and the Employee.

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and there are no further
items or provisions, either oral or written. The parties to this Agreement stipulate that neither of
them has made any representations with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement except
such representations as are specifically set forth in this Agreement.

By signing below the parties understand this is a legal binding document. Even if a false name or pen
name is used, the act of signing or electronically signing enforces the contract. Both the parties have
affixed their signatures on the 8th day if November, 2023.
