1. All errors or discrepancies on the use of the ZA Card should be reported to the Bank within 60 days from the statement date. For any
other errors or discrepancies (such as transfer or other transactions), you must report to the Bank within 90 days after the issuance of
the monthly statement. If the Bank does not receive such notice within the abovementioned periods, the statement will be considered

2. For foreign currency transactions, the exchange rate includes the exchange rate adopted by Visa on the date of conversion, plus
transaction fee charged by the Bank and by Visa to the Bank, which is 1.95% of the transaction amount (0.95% by ZA Bank, 1%
charged by Visa). For transactions settled in Hong Kong dollars and that transaction is processed overseas because the merchant or
acquirer is registered in a place other than Hong Kong, Cross-border Transaction Fee of 1.95% of the transaction amount (0.95% by ZA
Bank, 1% charged by Visa) is charged.
3. In case of any discrepancy between the PDF/paper version and the mobile version, the PDF/paper version shall always prevail.
4. To receive an email alert, please ensure that the registered email address is correct and up-to-date.
5. Beware of Bogus SMS Messages and Voice Message Calls -- ZA Bank does not call you or send you emails, SMS messages, letters or
other communications asking for your User ID and password, other types of password/ PIN or sensitive information. In light of recent
news reports regarding telephone/ SMS message scams, the Bank reminds clients never to disclose your personal data or bank
account details to unsolicited callers, message senders or pre-recorded voice message phone calls requesting for such information.
Should you have any doubts regarding the identity of a caller claiming to be from the Bank or the validity of a hotline number, please
contact us at +852 3665 3665 for verification. Please be reminded not to contact the Bank using the information provided in a
suspicious message.
6. If your mobile device is lost/stolen, please contact us at +852 3665 3665 immediately. Upon receipt of your request, we will
immediately secure your account.

8. You must lock your card in ZA Bank App and inform us via ZA Bank App online chat or at (852) 3665 3665 as soon as reasonably
practicable after you find that your card / authentication factors have been lost, stolen or the authentication factors or your card
information has been compromised.
