Please quote your price(s) for the article(s) as specified in the list below for the Schools Division of Bukidnon-Maluko National High School which are available in your
store/establishment/company. If available, please furnish catalogue, descriptive brochures of literature about the articles. If you are the manufacturer or exclusive dealer/distributor of these articles in
Region X, please state in your quotation. Submit your quotatiion duly signed by you or your duly representative not later than 3 days upon receipt of the said document.
In case the items so specifically described is not available in your store/establishment/company, please feel free to offer such product/item which you have in stock which is equivalent of
what is desired.
General Conditions:
1 Prices should be inclusive of VAT.
2 Price Validity shall be for a period of 30 calendar days.
3 Please submit a copy of your PhilGeps Registration Number, Mayor's Permit prior to the award of Purchase Order.
4 Bidders may quote for any or all the itmes.
5 Price quotation, to be dominated in Philippines peso shall include all taxes, duties and/or levies payable.
6 Quotation exceeding the Approved Budget for the contract shall be rejected.
7 Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation (for goods and infrastructure) or, the highest rated offer (for consulting services) which complies with the minimum technical
specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.
8 The item/s shall be delivered within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of purchase order at Maluko National High School, Maluko, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
9 Open quotation may be submitted manually or through mail at the address of the School.
