    Job Profile:
    Pre Order Stage (Tendering)
    * Study customer Technical specification to understand Customer Technical
    requirement.
    * Prepare the Technical synopsis.
    * On the basis Technical synopsis Prepare & finalize all the Technical enclosurees
    like
    1. Drawing, 2. Guaranteed Technical particulars 3. Type Test Schedule. 4.
    Technical deviation, RMC Costing.

    * Correspondence with Customer if there is any discrepancies in Technical
    specification which to be Amended & in the event of any further Technical
    information required to finalize the above Indicated Technical enclosures.
    * Identify the new Development required for that specific project & coordination with
    Purchase,Marketing, Production & Quality Assurance People to find out the resources
    required for that Development. Convey the cost effect for that development to
    tendering Dept.
    Post Order Stage
    * Received work order from marketing Department which specify the list of product
    required to be manufactured , Tested & supplied to the customer.
    * From works order & Project Planning department Bar chart identify the time
    allocated to complete the new development activities as well as the approval of all the
    Tecnhical documents(Drawing , Guaranteed Technical Particulars, Manufacturing
    Quality plan etc.) from customer.
    * On the basis of the drawing submitted at the Tender stage, prepare & finalize detail
    drawings of each & every component.
    * On the basis of Detail Drawing prepared, Finalize Bill of Material of each & every
    component required to be supplied for Project. .
    * Check & finalize Manufacturing quality plan for specific project.
    *Check & finalize Samples for type testing.Witness for Type Testing in Third party
    laboratory (CPRI, IISc , BHEL-Bangalore & other international reputed lab.)
    * Co-ordination with various departments & customer for new design & development
    , planning, Design review, Identify design input, generate design output.

    *As per the sales plan received from Marketing department we start above activities
    in multiple project environment.

    * Control all the document of ISO 9001 for design & engineering.
    *Internal surveillance audit in various department of company.
