Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sugar.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking
powder.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring them
to a wire rack to cool completely.
