    Dear Sir,

    In line with the subject above mentioned, these are the punchlists prior to acceptance of waterproofing application:

     Removal of laitance/loose concrete on surface.


     Area should be leveled and holes or uneven surface must be filled with concrete mortar.
     Area should be cleaned with debris and garbage’s.
     Ponding and moisture area should be dry prior for acceptance.
     Restoration of plumbing pipes.
     Restoration of electrical conduit rough-ins.
