A Day I Will Never Forget

Last year, during the school holidays, my family and I visited the beach. It
was a sunny day, and the sky was clear. We had planned the trip for
weeks, and everyone was excited. The beach was about two hours away
from our house, so we left early in the morning to enjoy the whole day
there.
When we arrived, the view was breathtaking. The waves were gentle, the
sand was soft, and the water sparkled under the sunlight. My siblings and
I immediately ran towards the shore to play with the waves. We built
sandcastles and even had a small competition to see who could make the
tallest one.
Around noon, we decided to have lunch under a shady tree. My mother

had prepared delicious food like fried chicken, sandwiches, and fresh
fruits. Eating by the beach made the food taste even better.
In the afternoon, my father rented a small boat, and we went for a short
ride. It was my first time on a boat, and I was nervous at first, but soon I
started enjoying the gentle rocking of the waves. From the boat, we could
see colorful fish swimming in the water.
Later, we returned to the beach to relax. My mother and father sat and
chatted while we continued playing. As the sun began to set, the sky
turned into beautiful shades of orange and pink. It was one of the most
amazing sunsets I had ever seen
That day at the beach was truly unforgettable. I had so much fun with my
family, and we made beautiful memories together. It reminded me of how
important it is to spend quality time with loved ones. I hope we can go
back again someday.

Tahun lalu, saat liburan sekolah, keluargaku dan aku pergi ke pantai. Hari
itu cerah, dan langit sangat bersih. Kami sudah merencanakan perjalanan
ini selama berminggu-minggu, dan semua orang sangat bersemangat.
Pantai itu berjarak sekitar dua jam dari rumah kami, jadi kami berangkat
pagi-pagi sekali agar bisa menikmati waktu seharian di sana.
Kejadian
Saat kami tiba, pemandangannya sangat indah. Ombaknya tenang,

pasirnya lembut, dan airnya berkilauan di bawah sinar matahari. Aku dan
saudara-saudaraku langsung berlari ke tepi pantai untuk bermain dengan
ombak. Kami membangun istana pasir dan bahkan mengadakan lomba
kecil untuk melihat siapa yang bisa membuat istana paling tinggi.
Sekitar tengah hari, kami memutuskan untuk makan siang di bawah

pohon yang rindang. Ibuku sudah menyiapkan makanan lezat seperti
ayam goreng, sandwich, dan buah segar. Makan di tepi pantai membuat
makanan terasa lebih nikmat.
Pada sore hari, ayahku menyewa sebuah perahu kecil, dan kami pergi
untuk berlayar sebentar. Ini adalah pertama kalinya aku naik perahu, dan
awalnya aku merasa gugup, tetapi tak lama kemudian aku mulai
menikmati goyangan lembut ombak. Dari atas perahu, kami bisa melihat
ikan-ikan berwarna-warni berenang di air.
Setelah itu, kami kembali ke pantai untuk bersantai. Ibuku dan ayahku
duduk sambil mengobrol, sementara kami terus bermain. Saat matahari
mulai terbenam, langit berubah menjadi warna oranye dan merah muda
yang sangat indah. Itu adalah salah satu pemandangan matahari
terbenam terbaik yang pernah aku lihat.
Reorientasi
Hari itu di pantai benar-benar tak terlupakan. Aku sangat senang bersama
keluargaku, dan kami menciptakan kenangan yang indah bersama. Hari
itu mengingatkanku betapa pentingnya menghabiskan waktu berkualitas
dengan orang yang kita cintai. Aku berharap suatu hari kami bisa kembali
lagi ke sana.
