The undersigned have the honor to request permission to conduct a School-Based GSP Camp on
December 6-7, 2024 at Calit Elementary School in Binmaley lI District ,Binmaley ,Pangasinan based
on the following reasons;

1. To develop resourcefulness initiative and self- reliance of Girl Scouts.


2. To stimulate real enjoyment and appreciation of outdoors through progressive camping
experiences and;
3. To provide new and interesting experiences with opportunity for acquiring new survival skills
and calamity preparedness.

Attached herewith is the proposed Program of the Activities duly signed by the School Head and
Public Schools District Supervisor.

V. RATIONALE:
Pursuant to Regional memorandum no.217,s 2019 entitled “Guidelines on Revitalizing
Scouting in Schools Region Wide “through Division Memorandum No.307.s.2019 Schools
Division Office l Pangasinan encourages all schools to actively join and implement scouting
activities can provide significant learning on outdoor activities livelihood and basic life skills.

VI. LEGAL BASES: DepEd Order 86,s.2012

VII. OBJECTIVES:
a. Enable the participants, experience interesting interaction with one another while
getting involved with scouting activities to hone their physical ,mental, spiritual and
social well-being.
b. Enable the participants become alert, and active.
c. Enable the participants become well rounded citizens.
