Assistant: Can I help you?

Customer: Yes, please. I’m looking for a pair of sandals.


Assistant: What’s your shoe size?
Customer: I think it’s 39.
Assistant: What colour would you like them?
Customer: White or red.
Assistant: We have just received the new models for the summer. I’ll show you.
Customer: Can I try them on?
Assistant: Of course, I’m sure you will like them.
Customer: Oh yes! They are really nice and fashionable. I’ll buy them.

Assistant: May I help you?


Customer: No, I’m not. I’m interested in some jeans.
Assistant: Are you looking for any brand in particular?
Customer: No, not really. I wouldn’t like to pay too much.
Assistant: If you follow me, I will show you some good jeans and not very expensive ones.
Customer: I think I’m going to try these three pairs. Where are the changing rooms?
Assistant: They’re over there.
Customer: I’d like to buy the blue jeans. They suit me very well. How much are they?
Assistant: They have a 10% discount. So they are only 50€
Customer: All right. I take them.

Anne: Would you like to come with me to do some shopping?


Berta: OK. I’d love to.
Anne: What do you think of this black dress?
Berta: Well, to be honest, I don’t like it very much.
Anne: All right. Let’s see somewhere else.
Berta: I know a small boutique where you might find something nice.
Anne: I’m looking for a sophisticated black dress.

Shop assistant: Here you have some beautiful dresses. They are all
good quality but I’m afraid they aren’t cheap.
Ann: I think I’m going to try some of them.
Berta: You look great. and it isn’t too expensive.
Anne: Do you think I should buy it.
Berta: If I were, I would get it.
