Registration for the EVENT begins on 28 September 2024
and ends on 4 October 2024.
Schools must complete the registration form and sign up for
all desired events in advance. On-site registration for events
will not be permitted under any circumstance.
A participant may not take part in more than one event.
More participants than the specified maximum participant limit
will not be allowed in any event
Decisions of the judges will be final and binding. Appeals
against the decision are not permitted.
An accompanying teacher must be present with the school
delegation when coming for the offline event.
Use of personal gadgets is not permitted during offline events
unless specified otherwise.
Remember, we participate to learn and grow. In this spirit,
plagiarism is strictly prohibited for all CYFERNODE 3.0
events and may result in disqualification from the specific
event.

OVERALL COORDINATORS
The "AI - Novation" invites students to showcase their creativity and
technical skills by developing innovative AI prototypes using softwares
like MIT App Inventor ,Thunkable etc. This competition aims to
encourage students to explore artificial intelligence concepts and
create practical, user-friendly applications that can have a positive
impact on society.

SUBMISSION PROTOCOL:
FIRST PHASE: Participants are requested to submit an online
video with the application link of their project for the first round of
online judgement.
Create a folder on Google Drive, named after your school and the
event name (e.g., "[School Name] – AINOVATION_FirstPhase").
The folder must contain:
1.The video that explains the problem, solution, advantages, AI
used etc.
2.Application link / Source Code for the project.
3.PowerPoint Presentation remains optional for this round.
4.Submit the link to your Google Drive folder via the First
Phase submission link provided below.
5.Last Date of Submission for the first phase is 9 October

SECOND PHASE: Top 5 teams will be requested to come to
the school with their projects to showcase a demo of their
prototype and pitch it to the judges.

films that explore the theme of ”AI for society welfare”. This event
encourages participants to harness their creativity and technical skills to

FIRST PHASE: Movie Submission:
Theme: "AI for Society Welfare"
Participants must create a short movie (3-5 minutes) that highlights the

The movie should focus on one or more areas of AI impacting society, such
as healthcare, education, environment, accessibility for disabled individuals,
or smart cities.

SECOND PHASE: Final Round:
Top 5 teams will be requested to come to the school with their movie to pitch
in front of the judges and briefly explain the idea and thought process(2-

Participants may optionally create a video documenting the creation
process of Resource.
CATEGORIES:
1. E-Waste Synthesizer: Use discarded speakers, old computer
motherboards, or phone components to create a musical toy that
generates different sounds when touched.
2. LED Light Art: Collect LEDs from old remote controls, TVs, and
appliances, and use them to create a lighting toy that changes color or
lights up in patterns.
3. E-Waste Kaleidoscope: Use transparent plastics from discarded
gadgets (e.g., CD cases) and mirrors to create a colorful, light-based toy
that reflects images or lights in fun patterns.
4. E-Waste Smart Toy: Use components from old smartphones, tablets,
or computers to build an interactive toy that can be programmed using
basic coding.

The AI - Akaar Music Editing Competition is an exciting event designed to
challenge participants' creativity and technical skills in music editing using
AI tools. The competition invites students to explore the intersection of
artificial intelligence and music by creating innovative and engaging audio
pieces. Participants will use AI-powered music editing software to produce
original tracks that demonstrate their proficiency in blending technology
with artistic expression.

EVENT DETAILS:
1. A sample pack consisting of various electronic sounds, in the form of
samples will be provided to all the registered participants one week
prior to the event via official communication channels.
2. Participants are expected to ONLY TO USE THE SOUNDS
PROVIDED TO THEM, with the exception of 1-3 additional
VSTs/3rd Party Plugins of their choice.
3. Only a final Stereo WAV file of 44/16 Hz format of the finished track
will be accepted as a submission via the submission link given below
by Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
4. Duration of the track should not exceed 1 minute and 40 seconds.
5. Participants also have to submit 5-7 screenshots of their DAW
session showing the progress of their song. Right from the initial
production to the final master. (Start to End). Pictures of the arrange
window, samplers, mixing/mastering plug-ins etc. will be expected.
