planning, shipping and receiving, and vendor relationships.
Implement FIFO, LIFO, and FEFO methods to manage operations efficiently, prioritizing assigned tasks to
meet expectations.
Supervise daily stock management activities by the team.

Monitor and ensure proper packaging of materials handed over to delivery personnel.
Proficient in receiving, picking, cross-docking, loading, and unloading warehouse tasks, including manual

Generate daily MIS reports for each customer, manage KPIs, and adhere to Standard Operating

Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and transportation companies, plan work schedules, delegate tasks
effectively, and evaluate outcomes. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff. Regularly produce reports
and statistics such as IN/OUT status reports, dead stock reports, cycle counts, blank counts, wall-to-
wall counts, and others. Solicit feedback and monitor service quality.
