We would like to begin by thanking the people in Barangay Zone I Purok Islam for cooperating in the survey that we conducted in their community; To the Brgy. Captain of Zone I Sir Arnold Zapanta for allowing us to conduct community health nursing in their barangay and to use the different facilities that have aided us on our data presentation and culmination activity. To the different barangay officials thank you for receiving us with open arms and was willing to cooperate with the different interventions that we as nursing students are ready to impart. We would also like to thank our Clinical instructors especially to Ms. Maria Theresa Miro, for guiding us during our community exposure and for understanding us when we commit some mistakes; To our ever patient and understanding group mates thank you, for spending most of their time preparing for the manuscript, and lastly, for not getting mad even if some slack off as members; To our School, Polytechnic College of Davao Del Sur, for allowing us to be exposed in this community service, for sharing information s and experiences in the manner of communication. To our parents thank you, for giving us moral support, to endure our everyday activities and for providing us financial support even if sometimes our family stands in the mist of crisis. Lastly, but certainly not the least, thank you to the loving Almighty God for giving us good health , awareness and open-mindedness during our community health exposures and for making us an instrument to touch peoples life. The content of this book that the Group 3 earnestly tallied reflects the feedback of the people in Brgy. Zone 1 Purok Islam and we think that this book is a better assessment in improving the problems in their community.
