Completion Date Please indicate the effective date on which the power plant start its commercial operation
Connection Please indicate through a single-line diagram the proposed point(s) of connection
relative to the existing or proposed NGCP transmission or substation facilities.
Contracted Capacity Please indicate the amount of transmission system capacity reserved by NGCP for
use by Transmission Customer.
End of Service Please indicate the effective date on which the Agreement shall terminate or expire.
Modified Connection Any actual or proposed replacement, renovation, or construction in the Customer System
that may have a direct effect on the Grid.
Name of Generating Plant Please indicate the exact name of the power plant
New Connection Any actual or proposed new connection of Customer System that may have a direct effect
on the Grid.
Plant Type Please indicate if the generating plant is hydroelectric, geothermal, oil thermal, coal
thermal, gas turbine, diesel engine, combined-cycle, etc.
Load Customer's Please indicate the station or portion of the Transmission System where the capacity
