Diet Plan

Day-1 (Sunday)
EM: Plain Water then Amla water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Upma + Milk
11am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + Cucumber Raita + Veg + Chapati-1.5
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Veg + Chapati-1

Day-2 (Monday)
EM: Plain Water then Methre water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Egg White and Besan Cheela-2 small + Milk
11am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + ghia Raita + Veg + Chapati-1.5
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Egg White Omlete-2

Day-3 (Tuesday)
EM: Plain Water then Amla water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Dal Wali Roti-1 + Curd
11 am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + Dal + Chapati-1.5
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Prawns 2-3 + lemon Water wit Basil seeds (pre-
soaked)

Day-4 (Wednesday)
EM: Plain Water then Methre water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Poha + Milk
11am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + Paneer Bhurjee + Chapati-1.5
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Roasted Chicken 150 gm
Day-5 (Thursday)
EM: Plain Water then Amla water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Veg Dalia + Milk
11am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + Chia seeds Curd + Veg + Chapati-1.5
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Veg Oats

Day-6 (Friday)
EM: Plain Water then Methre water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Oats Cheela-1 + Milk
11 am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + Mint Raita + green Chutney + Oats Cheela-2
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Paneer grilled -100 g

Day-7 (Saturday)
EM: Plain Water then Amla water + 6 Almonds
B/FAST: Besan Roti-1 + Milk
11am: Fruit
LUNCH: Salad + Black Channa + Chapati-1.5
3:30 pm: Warm Water + ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (well boiled)
E.Tea: Green Tea + Foxnuts-1 Katori
E.T: Fruit
DINNER: Salad + Veg + Besan Roti-1

End your day with a cup of GREEN TEA


Instructions:

1. Methre Water: ½ tsp Methre soak in water overnight next day boil,
strain and drink
2. Tea or coffee or milk being consumed should be without sugar
3. Don’t drink water immediately post your meals. Take water after a
gap of 15 mins from your meal.
4. Do not add salt to your fruit/salad
5. Milk and milk products should be prepared from skimmed milk
6. In vegetables no Potatoes, arbi, beetroot, sweet potato
7. In fruits no banana, watermelon, melon, mango, grapes, lichi,
cheeku at evening time
8. Have at least 8-1o glasses of water each day.

Timings:-
EM- Early Morning- 6 to 7 am
B/FAST- Breakfast – 8:30 to 9am
Lunch- 1:30 to 2 pm
E.TEA: Evening Tea – 4:30 to 5 pm
ET: Evening Time- 6 pm
Dinner- 8pm
Post Dinner Green Tea- 9:30 to 10 pm
