A SPECIAL NOTE TO THE PARENTS

Dear Parent,

As we are heading towards the end of another successful academic year 2023-24, we take this
opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your unstinting support throughout this academic
year.

Important points to be noted:

RESULTS: 8th April 2024 (Monday)

Timing: 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

UNIFORM: Uniform material and the new uniform model will be available on April 08, 2024.
Thereafter, parents can approach the “FORMOST” showroom at M.G. Road for school uniform.

DISTRIBUTION OF TEXTBOOKS

20/05/2024 (Monday) – LKG to Std.III

21/05/2024 (Tuesday) – Std. IV to Std. VIII

READMISSION FEE

STD I & V Rs. 2000/-

The above mentioned classes should remit the re-admission fee before the academic year begins. Parents
of the UKG students, who are promoted to Std. I, are requested to fill in fresh application for their
admission.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Term fee will have to be paid in 3 installments. June, July and August will constitute first term; September,
October, November and December second term; January, February and March third term. Annual charges and
contribution to the PTA fund have to be paid along with textbook payment.

Girls : Dark blue skirt and yellow T-shirt

UKG to STD III

Boys : Grey half pants & white and grey check shirt

Girls : Grey & white frock (The prescribed frock)

STD IV to X

Boys : Grey pants & white and grey check shirt

Girls : Grey pants & white and grey check shirt with grey sleeveless coat

Nb: Students from UKG to Std. X can wear the new regular uniform itself on Wednesday also.

Office timing during summer vacation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

School office will remain closed from March 28 to April 7, April 9 to April 14, all Saturdays, Sundays
and Public Holidays.

School office will remain open on April 08th 2024.

Any certificate applied will be issued only on the 3 rd day of the submission of the application. Please see that
all the dues are cleared in time. Once again let me thank one and all.
