Drycoolers – Technical specification

INTRODUCTION
This document constitutes specification following Masterspec template, composed
of sections Part 1 General, Part 2 Products, and Part 3 Execution.
This specification includes requirements about the drycoolers used for the CWCF
and LTCF cooling systems. These requirements are general for those products,
therefore, for the specific properties of every product or component, refer to the
drawings, including the schedules which summarize the main products.
In the case of any contradiction between documents that are part of this Project,
the order of priority will be as follows:
- Layout (plan) drawings
- Schematic diagram drawings
- Technical specifications
- Report (descriptive)
- Report (calculation)

The hangers and supports mentioned or shown in these documents are just
illustrative. The contractor shall propose to GMTO the final design of those
components, providing the shop drawings as well as the calculations done
according to the criteria defined in the document P102482-TRE-018 “Structures
Basis of Design”, to guarantee that all the requirements of the Chilean regulations
and those specifics for this project are met.
