Online lump sum rate tenders are invited from willing contractors for preparation of detailed
project report for proposed new Bus Stand of kukshi town as per key dates given in NIT -

Conditions-
1. The lump sum rate submitted by contractor shall include of all taxes, GST shall not be paid separately to
contractor.
2. Any information related to work can be obtained form water supply branch of office in office time.
3. Validity of offers shall be 120 days from opening of the tender.
4. Any tender can be rejected without showing any reason.
5. Amendments if any shall be available online and shall not be published in newspapers
6. Tender documents can be obtained by paying online service charges on website htpp://mptenders.gov.in as
per key dates given in N.I.T.
7. No exemption shall be allowed in earnest money & Tender form fees.

SECTION I

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS

Instructions for bidders

A. Introduction
Collector district Dhar has allotted new land at bypass Kukshi for New Bus Stand.
.
B. Time Period
As per scope of work, all the work would be carried out in one month from the date of issue of
work order. However the contract will remain continue till the completion of approval of DPR
form competent authority.

C. Methodology for Preparation of bid


It is proposed to have a online lumpsum rate tender in two envelope system .

(I) Pre-Qualification bid (Envelope – 1)


1. Online receipt of tender fee of Rs 2000/ and EMD Rs 10000/-
2. Notarized affidavit in attached format.
3. PAN Card and GST Registration Certificate
4. Signed Tender Document (each page signed)(Scanned copy)
5. In case of firm with partners, Partnership agreement, power of attorney and other details
of firm.
6. Constituted attorney of firm, if it is a company.

7. Experience Certificates C.V. of consultancy firm.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Preparation of work plan, section, elevation, working drawing


2. Surveying of site by using Total station and preparation of L section.
3. Supervision of construction work during construction and quality monitoring.
4. Approvals of DPR form govt. engineering college.
5. Estimation and costing of proposed work with required drawings.
