Dear Joy,

Thank you for your message and for explaining your situation.

We can proceed with a refund for your exam, though please note that a
cancellation fee applies, as specified in our general conditions here
under the "試験の中⽌と受験料返⾦について" section. The key details are
as follows:

For cancellations made within 14 days from the payment date, a


refund of the exam fee minus a 20% cancellation fee will be issued.
Unfortunately, after this 14-day period, cancellations or
modifications cannot be processed.

If you wish to continue with the refund, please fill out the attached
document and provide your bank details (including all necessary pages
with your name clearly indicated).

Thank you once again for reaching out, and we wish you the best with
your application process.

assistance.

I am writing to inquire if it might be possible to request a refund for my


upcoming exam in December. Due to the timing of my master application, I
need to submit my language scores by January, and unfortunately, I was
unable to secure an appointment for both the speaking and writing exams
at your center. I have, however, managed to find an exam center in another
country that can accommodate both the optional and compulsory
components of the exam together.

If a refund is feasible in this situation, I would be most grateful, as it would


help me complete my application process smoothly. I fully understand if
there are policies that may limit this option, but I would be thankful if you
could consider my request.

Unfortunately, the exam is fully booked and there are no seats available
in the examination room.

When a cancellation occurs, a seat will be automatically released.
