Practice Self-Compassion:
Be kind to yourself and recognize that
setbacks and challenges are a normal
part of business. Self-compassion will
help you bounce back from self-doubt
more effectively.
OVERCOMING SELF DOUBT
1. Specific
Your goals should be clear and well-defined.
Vague objectives make it challenging to know
what you're working towards. Ask yourself the
five W's: What, Who, Why, Where, and Which, to
make your goal specific.
2. Measurable
Your goals should be quantifiable. Without
measurements, it's hard to track progress and
determine when the goal is achieved. Use
numbers, percentages, or other metrics to
make your goal measurable.

3. Achievable
Set goals that are realistic and attainable. While
it's essential to challenge yourself, setting goals
that are too far beyond your current
capabilities may lead to frustration and
demotivation.
4. Relevant
Your goals should align with your values,
desires, and long-term objectives. They need
to be relevant to your life and what you want to
accomplish.

Attach a specific timeframe to your goals. This
creates urgency and helps you avoid
procrastination. Whether it's a deadline for
completion or a schedule for your progress,
time-bound goals keep you on track.
3. Find Inspiration
Surround yourself with inspirational figures,
whether they're successful entrepreneurs,
mentors, or motivational literature. Learning
from others' journeys can boost your own
motivation.

4. Celebrate Achievements
Acknowledge and celebrate your
accomplishments, even the small ones.
Recognizing your progress provides positive
reinforcement, motivating you to strive for
