EHS Implementation in all Maxop plants.

Key achievement in Sunbeam:
 Reduction of Casting COPQ from 5.54% to 2.72% in FY20 by bringing transparency and
systematic problem-solving technique.
 Reduce In-house Casting process rejection up to 4.4% in FY20 by deploying lean six
sigma methodologies & systematic problem solving.
 Achieve Zero KM PPM as ZERO from all export customers.

M/s Dayco Power Transmission Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon (HR) (US MNC) as Head Quality Assurance from
Oct’2016 to Aug’2019.
Key achievement in Dayco power Transmission:
 Reduction of COPQ from 2.82% to 1.5%in FY19 bringing transparency and systematic
problem-solving technique and setting CAPA.
 Reduce Casting rejection from 20% to 4% by deploying lean six sigma methodologies &

The Notable Accomplishments:
 Instrumental in reducing the customer rejections from 75 PPM to below 25 PPM in FY
2008.
 Training completed on TQM at MDI, Gurgaon for one month & analytical skill

 Worked as QA project leader for setting up new plant at Dharuhera (HR).
