TECHNICAL BRIEFING SHEET

Verdon Parc Condo Corp have applied for a renovation work and have been oriented on the following:

[] Restrictions governing renovation


1. Modification of exterior doors and windows including frames and hardware is not allowed.
In cases of hardware phase out in the market, prior approval shall be sought.
2. Exterior painting, which includes the balcony walls cannot be changed.
3. Structural alteration/modification in any form is not allowed. This includes chipping for
embedment, deforming the configuration of the beam and slab, cutting of reinforcement to
increase headroom and the likes.
4. Use of concrete nails to fasten anything on the wall is not allowed.
5. Alteration of the general floor plan which affects the electrical, plumbing and sanitary, fire
protection/detection system of the unit is not allowed.
6. Parking spaces and laundry spaces cannot be converted into living spaces
7. Installation of lockers and other fixtures in the parking slot is not allowed.
8. Repainting of parking lines/wheel stopper is not allowed.
9. Structures to enclose the laundry cages, even for storage purposes are not allowed
