1. TENDER REQUIREMENTS

Scope of this document is to give TENDERERs an overview on how Appendix D is

structured and how TENDERERs are requested to submit the technical and commercial
offer during the bid.

1.1 Definitions
ENDORSE / By endorsing a COMPANY document, TENDERER states
ENDORSEMENT that he reviewed it thoroughly and agrees with its content. As
such, the document can be considered as if it was produced
by the TENDERER himself and therefore TENDERER will
not be allowed during execution of the EPCI CONTRACT to
ask for any deviation or variation arising from any
inconsistency or error in the document, or from design
activities based on the same document, which shall be
considered as the normal further development of design
activities.

1.2 Appendix D description

All technical requirements are included in Appendix D, which is structured in the following
way:
• 600120BGSC20025_CDFE00 - Scope of Work for Transportation and Installation of
offshore PLATFORMS, SEALINE and submarine CABLE (T&I III)
This document contains all the information related to the Scope of Work for the EPCI
contract.
• D.2 – FEED DOCUMENTATION
This folder contains all the documents produced during FEED by COMPANY related
to Sealines and Cables. During tender phase, TENDERER shall ENDORSE all these
documents and produce an ENDORSEMENT report.
• D.3 – Platforms Technical Documentation
This folder contains all the documents produced during FEED by COMPANY related
to Amoca WHP2 and Tecoalli Monopode. During tender phase, TENDERER shall
ENDORSE all these documents and produce an ENDORSEMENT report.
• D. 4 – Applicable codes and standards
This folder contains the list of codes and standards applicable to the project and
includes a copy of all listed COMPANY standards.
• D.5 – Project Responsibility and Interface Matrix

This folder contains the Project Responsibility and Interface Matrix, which details the
battery limits and the roles and responsibilities of each contractor involved in the
project and shall be read in conjunction with the EPCI Scope of Work.
Please consider that Appendix L (Project Milestones) contains a section where the
dates for the availability of interfacing data/items are reported, to be considered in
the preparation of the Contract Execution Plan and Work Time Schedule (Appendix
H).

1.3 Appendix Q description

• D.1 - Basis of design and rely-upon data

The documents included in this folder shall be considered by TENDERERs as rely-
upon data. TENDERERs may rise request of clarification on this information if
required during the tender.
