1 Maintenance of LT motors on foundation at various locations 24 Number
i.e., Bottling line area, Injection molding area, Air compressor
area, Production area, chiller area, Air washer area, ETP area,
STP area etc in the Nano Urea Plant of Aonla Unit.
2 Maintenance of Power and Lighting Transformers in the Nano 24 Number
Urea Plant of Aonla Unit.
3 Maintenance of HT&LT Power panels in the Nano Urea Plant of 24 Number
Aonla Unit. This also includes cleaning of HT & LT switchboards
having multiple number of cubicles consisting of bus-bar
chamber & cable chamber etc.
4 Maintenance of UPS & Battery Bank in the Nano Urea Plant of 24 Number
Aonla Unit. This also includes cleaning of Battery Bank cells
including their UPS/Battery Charger. The job involves cleaning
& application of petroleum jelly on battery terminals.
5 Shifting of LT motors from foundation to workshop and back to 24 Number
the foundation in the Nano Urea Plant of Aonla Unit.
6 Handling and shifting of various Electrical Items having gross 24 Number
weight upto 300 Kg. Job includes handling and shifting of
working Tools & Tackles, instruments, scrap and various other
electrical items. Other details as per Annexure-I.
7 Cleaning of Motors with Wire Brush, jute/ cotton waste & 24 Number
Electrical chemicals at site and/ or on foundation for Motors
rated upto 30 KW with approx in the Nano Urea Plant of Aonla
Unit.
8 Cleaning of Wall/Floor mounted panels at various locations viz. 24 Number
Lighting Distribution Boards, Power Distribution Boards,
Bottling line Power panels, Injection molding machining Power
panels etc in in the Nano Urea Plant of Aonla Unit.
9 Cleaning of Earth Pits involving removal of top covers, 24 Number
disconnection of earthing strip from the earth electrode,
cleaning of contacts, connecting strip back to electrode
etc.Other details as per Annexure-I.
10 Cleaning of PA system and speakers and cleaning of telephone 24 Number
Distribution Points with wire brush at various locations in the
Nano Urea Plant of Aonla Unit.
11 Cleaning of HT & LT Switch Gear Rooms, cleaning of floor of 24 Number
transformer yards, Battery Room, Cable Galleries etc. as and
when required by deploying suitable manpower in the Nano
Urea Plant of Aonla Unit.
12 Industrial Safety Shoes, made of Genuine Leather, with Steel 2 SET
toecaps, ISI mark, as per IS 15298, Model: Hillson Nucleus or
equivalent, Make: Hillson/Liberty/Allen Cooper /Bata/Udenchi
only. Other details as per Annexure-I.
