UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS, NOVEMBER 2024
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS
1. Check Hall tickets for Principal’s facsimile and College seal.
2. Report to the Exams according to the Time table given in the Hall Ticket. 3. REPORTING TIME: FN : 9 A.M; AN : 1 P.M 4. Examination Control Room – DULICHAND SANGHI BLOCK FIRST FLOOR – DS 5 5. Examination Timings FN : 10.00 A.M – 1.00 P.M; AN : 2.00 P.M – 5.00 P.M. 6. Hall Tickets and ID card are mandatory for all the Exams. 7. In case of loss of Hall ticket or ID card, duplicate will be issued in the Examination Room, DS-5 on payment of RS.200 for Hall ticket and Rs.50 for ID Card. 8. Duplicate Hall ticket is valid ONLY for that particular day. 9. Before getting Duplicate Hall ticket the student must write a letter briefing her details, get it signed from her department staff, only then she will be issued with duplicate hall ticket. 10. Students must be aware of the Subject code and the Branch Code of her paper. 11. Seating Plan will be put up in the notice board daily. Students are instructed to find her respective Room Number with her Register Number and Subject code. 12. Students SHOULD NOT bring MOBILE PHONES, Electronic gadgets, Smart watch and programmable calculators. If found, it would be confiscated by the College authority. 13. Students should leave their bags outside the respective rooms. 14. Students are advised not to bring any valuables. College is not responsible for the loss of things. 15. Students can wait in the Corridor and enter the Exam Hall only after the Invigilator enters. 16. Pouch /Phone Case / Pencil boxes should not be taken inside the Exam Hall. 17. Students will be issued Answer Booklets. They should fill up the details with utmost care. Should not make any error Should sign in the required place after duly filling up. 18. Question paper number should be written in the booklet. 19. They should sign in two copies of attendance sheets from university and in the College copy by mentioning the answer booklet number. 20. If they commit any mistake, get the help of the Invigilators to rectify. 21. No candidate should write his / her name, register number etc on the inner pages of the answer papers. No indications should be marked on the answer papers. 22. Copying / helping others by passing paper / indulging in any kind of malpractice is the most dishonest behaviour and violating the principles of academics. Students involving in such kind of practice will be penalised and will be debarred to take up the Exams. 23. Students will not be allowed to leave the hall before 1 p.m in the FN Session and 5 p.m in the AN Session. 24. Parents are not allowed inside the college campus during examination. 25. Students who are sick on their said Date of examination need to inform the class-in charges prior to the day of examination.
