    Fog reduces visibility and increases risks during driving and Lifting Ops. Extra attention and safety precautions are required.
    Controls
     Drive only if necessary.
     Use SWA if visibility less than 100m.
     Slow down!!
     Keep Spacing – Increase distance from vehicles in front.
     Stay visible to others:
    o Use low-beam headlights, (never high beam).
    Turn on fog lights
    o Do not drive with hazard lights on (only use to warn you are stationary)
     Avoid Lane Change - Avoid changing lanes unless necessary.
     Look & Listen! - Radios off, use fans to keep front and rear windows clear.
     Stopping – Pull off the road in a safe place, hazard lights on – move away from the road.
     Lifting Ops – No lifting in poor visibility, Crane Operators must see load & signaler.

    Alerts will be issued if visibility less than 100m, Visibility may be greater or less in other areas. USE SWA if unsafe.

    • What stage of work is covered by this toolbox talk?
    • Relevant hazards Control measure from JSA & risk assessment?
    • Additional operational and Safety hazards raised by crew?
    • Relevant accident and operational risk raised by the crew in relation to this work?
    • Stop work Authority?

    Task will be properly supervised, and correct resources provided to make it safe Site Supervisor
    All Team Members will follow the rules as discussed. Attendees
    Team Members must use SWA if they see unsafe work, or anyone breaking rules: Attendees
    Stop, Advise & Report to Supervisor or raise a RIR report on GEARs.
