 Senior Mechanical Engineer in design and handling supplier documents review for South
Ghawar Project (ARAMCO ongoing project):
- Packages (i.e. Filtration Package, Water treatment packages, Produced Water
Treatment Package, STP, RO Package, Pumps, Chemical Injection Skids, TEG Package,
Nitrogen Package …etc.).
- Combustion equipment (i.e. Flare & Burn Pit).
- Machinery and equipment handling (i.e. EOT Cranes, Manual Hoist, Penstock Valves, Oil
Skimmer, Retention Boom, elevator…etc.)
 Commissioning work in ARAMCO Project (Boiler installation and commissioning work in
Berri Gas Plant)
 Purchase the equipment from the manufacturer as per the design requirements.
 Directly communicate with customers via meetings, and presentations to understand and
define their needs.
 Work with other departments to ensure drawings are clear, and 3D models are being
transferred properly.
 Communicate with supplier and reviewing his documents accordingly with respect to the
client standard, before embarking on manufacturing it & continues up to the construction
stage.
(i.e. Oily Water Treatment Package, Flare Stack, Loading Arms, Odor Controlling Units,
Overhead Cranes, and machinery items). Leading one of ARAMCO Project as ME (changing
burner tips & pilots).
 Instrument, electrical and civil basic background related to skids and package equipment.
 Involvement in several of ARAMCO Projects as assistant engineer (Installation of new
Sewage Treatment Package & Installation of 5 no. of Gasoline Loading Arms).
 Leading two water treatment projects in BAHRAIN (BAPCO).
- Handling all aspects of model design, ensuring specifications per customer standards.
MECHANICAL & PROCESS DESIGNING ENGINEER
Arabian Consulting Engineering Center (From 25/July/2011 To 28/Feb/2014)

 Mechanical engineers design for mechanical equipment for several projects for ARAMCO,
SABIC, SWCC, KJO and CHEVRON.
 Handling of proposals work as studying, man-hours estimation, equipment manufacturer
communications and overall engineering project bending requirements.
 Preparation of projects design of datasheet & technical specifications and preliminary
instruments and piping diagrams of mechanical equipment.
 Worked as piping engineer, QA QC and instrument as well for some projects.

 Site supervisor mechanical engineer in Dhahran Bulk plant for installation of two shipper
